The northwest forefoot course has been postponed due to ill health. Those who have paid will be refunded. The course will be rescheduled for later in the year, once i have recovered fully.<\/strong><\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Forefoot Surgery Course<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This course is aimed at all levels of orthopaedic trainees, as well as allied health professionals such as nurses, physiotherapists and podiatrists.<\/p>\n

The aim of the course is to provide an update on the types of pathology seen in the forefoot, as well as the non-operative and operative means of treatment. The course will be delivered by lectures, sawbone workshops, and discussion groups.<\/p>\n

It will be a useful way for trainees to increase their osteotomy numbers in a simulated environment.<\/p>\n

It does not assume any previous knowledge apart from a basic familiarity with the anatomy of the foot, although some of this will be covered during the course anyway.<\/p>\n

The course is \u00a3100 for orthopaedic trainees and \u00a320 for allied health professionals to cover overheads.<\/p>\n

The forefoot course will be held at the Manchester Metropolitan University. It will be\u00a0 at the Business School which is in the All Saints Campus on Oxford Road, adjacent to where the A57(M) flyover crosses.<\/p>\n

The Business School is only 10 minutes walk from St. Peter’s Square tram stop. There is parking available nearby.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
